(LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA)

ODAK TARIM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as "Odak Tarım") respects and values the privacy of your personal life. Therefore, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").
a) Data Controller
As *ODAK TARIM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ* (hereinafter referred to as "Odak Tarım"), we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK") and relevant legislation.
b) Processed Personal Data
In accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation, the categories and descriptions of personal data to be processed within the purposes and legal reasons specified in this Information Text under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 are as follows:
Identity Information: Name-surname, Turkish ID number
Contact Information: Address, phone number, email address
Financial Information: Bank account information
Other: Vehicle license plate information, security camera recordings
c) Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Conducting processes related to wholesale sales service

Recording into online software systems used to execute Odak Tarım’s sales and marketing policies

Necessary work by our business units to make you benefit from products offered by Odak Tarım

Ensuring the legal security of customers/distributors and visitors

Ensuring the security of Odak Tarım’s common areas

Following and conducting legal affairs

Conducting finance and/or accounting affairs
Your data will be processed within the legal reasons specified in Article 5 (2) of KVKK: "a) It is clearly stipulated in the laws", "c) It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract", "ç) It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation", "e) It is necessary for the establishment, use, or protection of a right", "f) Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the related person, it is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller".
d) To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred without seeking the explicit consent of the data subject for the following purposes under Article 8 (2) (a) of KVKK:

Sharing with relevant public institutions and organizations in case of necessity or upon request to fulfill legal obligations under relevant legislation.

Sharing with contracted certified public accountants and independent auditing firms within the framework of confidentiality obligations to fulfill accounting processes.

Sharing with our lawyers within the framework of confidentiality obligations to follow legal processes.
e) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected for the purposes specified in paragraph (c) of this text, based on the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 (2) and 6 (2) of KVKK, through automated or non-automated methods, orally, in writing, or electronically:

Filling out forms by the relevant person, sending emails, contacting by phone, visiting the website, and contacting via social media platforms.

Sharing business cards by the relevant person, transmission through solution partner institutions or organizations.

Obtaining through security camera recordings at the entrance-exit and common areas of Odak Tarım’s company building and premises.
f) Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
As a data subject under Article 11 of KVKK, you have rights, and you can make your requests regarding these rights by filling out all the required information as per Article 11 and Article 13 (1) of KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

g) Retention Period of Personal Data
Personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose of processing the data is eliminated, along with the expiration of mandatory retention periods determined by laws and relevant legislation.
h) Changes and Updates
This information text has been prepared within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and relevant legislation. Necessary changes may be made to this information text in line with changes in relevant legal regulations and/or changes in Odak Tarım’s personal data processing purposes and policies.
